Molesey on the hunt for new boss

Former player and youth team coach Fahey was unveiled last September following the departure of Craig Lewington.

MARTIN Fahey has quit as manager of Combined Counties Premier side Molesey nine months after being appointed.

Former player and youth team coach Fahey was unveiled last September following the departure of Craig Lewington.

Molesey are now inviting applications for the position of head coach.

A club statement said: “The club would like to thank Martin for all his tireless efforts on and off the pitch, over the past year.

“Martin stepped up into what was near impossible position at such short notice, with the added unknowns of a global Covid pandemic.”
