■ A SUPERB hat-trick from Ben Hodkinson gave new Bootle Manager Brian Richardson the perfect start in a comfortable victory at Market Drayton.
Richardson had to wait just five minutes for his side’s first goal. Hodkinson found the net for the first of his afternoon and ninth of the season.
Just after the half hour, the former Skelmersdale United striker had his second, finishing well to heap misery on the hosts, who remain bottom of the Northern Premier League West.
