■ A SET-PIECE masterclass saw North Leigh maintain their unbeaten start to the season with a deserved victory over St Neots Town.
As a competitive and entertaining first half came to a close the hosts were denied the lead as defender Ben Brown’s initial header caused a goal-line scramble before being cleared.
Michael Alexis’ side had to wait just three minutes after the restart to make amends, skipper Luke Carnell heading in an excellent free-kick from Aaron Heap.
