SWP CHIEF: WE HAVE TO ALL BENEFIT

SOUTH WEST Peninsula League secretary Phil Hiscox hopes the Fan Led Review of Football Governance will lead to money filtering further down the National League System.
The Review recommends the Premier League should guarantee its support to the pyramid and make additional, proportionate financial contributions to further support football.
It explains that had a 10 per cent levy been applied to transfer fees paid by Premier League clubs over the last five season an estimated £160 million per year could have been raised for redistribution.
