DAN SACKMAN has been rewarded for taking AFC Totton into the FA Trophy third round for the first time in club history with the manager’s job on a permanent basis.
The Step 4 Stags stunned National League South outfit Concord Rangers with a 5-0 thumping in the second round.
Sackman has been in charge of the Southern League Division One South promotion chasers on an interim basis since the end of October.
That was following the surprise departure of management duo of Glenn Howes and James Wood to Dorchester Town.
