CARSHALTON closed out their 2021 home league fixtures with a routine win in this Surrey derby, to solidify their position among the division’s numerous playoff challengers.
Merstham who started the stronger though, with John Ufuah going close twice in the first 20 minutes.
His first effort was a lob just over the bar and his second was a hooked shot that was well saved by Robins’ goalkeeper, Lloyd Thomas.
