TONBRIDGE Angels delivered a knockout blow to National League Torquay United and certainly merit their place in the next round with a performance full of grit and determination.
Despite going toe-to-toe with the full-time Gulls, the Angels, of National League South, were never overawed – even though manager Steve McKimm’s squad were severely depleted through injury and Covid.
