NAZIR Bakrin’s header on 61 minutes earned Cray Wanderers a point at Wingate & Finchley, taking them out of the drop zone on goal difference.
But the result was even better than it looked for the struggling Wands, as the had to play for 80 minutes with midfielder Anthony Cook in goal.
Christopher Dickson opened the scoring early on before Dylan Kearney and Kavan Cotter struck to give the hosts a 2-1 lead in a frantic first-half.
After a half-time melee, the visitors got the only second-half goal.
