■ PLAY-OFF hopefuls Trafford succumbed to inform Marine at Shawe View.
The visitors took the lead after 14 minutes when a misplaced pass found Marine’s James Barrigan.
His 25-yard effort caught Matt Cooper off guard and nestled in the net.
Marine’s second goal was very similar when George Newell again caught Trafford’s rearguard by surprise with a shot from distance, this time to find the bottom right corner.
