HAF HANDS SCHOLARS WIN AFTER SAM SCORES

SAMSON Esan’s goal gave Potters Bar the points, but Hafed Al-Droubi made the match-winning contribution.
The Scholars keeper made a string of saves to leave Bowers perilously close to the drop zone and open up a six-point gap on their fellow strugglers.
Bar nearly opened the scoring in the third minute when Joseph Boachie crashed a shot against the crossbar.
Bowers keeper Mitchell Beeney pulled off a smart save to deny Esan before Max Cornhill’s block denied the same player.
