Silkmen seal the title to start celebrations

ROBBIE SAVAGE hailed Macclesfield’s title winning heroes after the phoenix club lifted the North West Counties Premier Division title at the first time of asking.
A bumper crowd of over 4,000 fans cheered on the Silkmen as they cruised to a 4-0 victory over Ashton Athletic to etch their name on the trophy.
