REECE Beckles-Richards scored twice in two first-half minutes to send Cheshunt on their way to victory over a Wingate side whose relegation worries remain.
The Ambers were forced into a 25th-minute change when midfield maestro Taylor Miles was stretchered off with a knee injury.
But his replacement Sam Alderson quickly picked up the tempo and Cheshunt were two up within seven minutes.
Beckles-Richards opened the scoring on the half hour, when he latched onto Jamie Reynolds’ through ball and lashed it into the roof of the net.
