In the latest in our series, we pick the brains of a former Watford and Hamilton Academical midfielder Ross Jenkins who is two months into his new job as the permanent head coach of Oxford City.
Having served on the backroom staff prior to predecessor David Oldfield’s January move to Weymouth, Jenkins temporarily took charge alongside Andy Ballard with City in the thick of the race for promotion from National League South.
