STRICKEN PLAYER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

CHIPPENHAM TOWN’S National League South game with Chelmsford City was abandoned yesterday after Bluebirds centre back Pablo Martinez collapsed during the game. Martinez required emergency treatment on the pitch with the club later confirming in a statement he had been transferred to a hospital in Bristol and his condition “is not life-threatening”.
