MACCLESFIELD ran riot with seven goals against Tadcaster Albion as the reformed Silkmen made their FA Trophy bow.

James Berry, Neil Kengi and Alex Curran all grabbed doubles, with Nicky Maynard also on the scoresheet as Danny Whitaker’s side ran out 7-0 winners.

In their previous guise as , the club twice lifted the FA Trophy.

The night belonged to Andre Brown as he hit four for Boldmere St Michaels in a 4-3 thriller against Sporting Khalsa.

Seven goals were also shared at Kidsgrove Athletic too, with Yaegan Gore’s 84th-minute winer winning the tie for Hinckley LR 4-3 – the same score as Stockton Town beat Witton Albion thanks to Stephen Thompson’s late strike. Cirencester Town and Basingstoke Town racked up the goals too. Ezio Touray scored a hat-trick for Basingstoke but Adulai Sambu was treble tops for Ciren as they won 5-3.

Liam Hughes, an FA Trophy winner with Cambridge United, scored in Worksop Town’s 2-0 victory at , North Shields beat Pontefract Collieries 3-1.

Former mid- fielder EdUpsonwona Suffolk derby for Stowmarket Town at Bury Town – the ex-Ipswich Town man scored a penalty with two minutes to go to make it 2-1.

JJ Lacey scored twice and former Luton Town midfielder Adam Watkins wrapped up the scoring as thumped Town 5-0.

AFC Totton won 7-6 on penalties after a 1-1 draw with Slimbridge while AFC Sudbury scored two late goals at Ashford United as the game finished 3-3. But it wasn’t to be the Suffolk side’s night as the Nuts & Bolts won 5-4 on spot-kicks. Bedfont Sports won their shoot-out with Hashtag United 5-4, as did Didcot Town against Hamworthy United.

And two-time FA Trophy winners Grays Athletic comfortable brushed VCD Athletic aside – first-half goals from Anointed Chukwu, Sam Bantick and Ronnie Winn seeing the Blues progress.

Ed Rolph fired a hat-trick for Cambridge City on Wednesday night as they swept aside. edged past City of Liverpool 4-2 on penalties, as did against Skelmersdale United.
