BOSS Danny Janes reckons just the right level of “arrogance” could push Step 6 Pershore Town towards Wembley – and he has plenty to be bullish about.
Appointed in November 2021, Janes inspired the Plums to lift three cups and a bag a place in the Hellenic League Division One play-offs, missing out in the semi-final.
The most notable achievement was winning the Worcestershire Senior Cup, scalping Step 3 rivals Bromsgrove Sporting and Redditch United along the way, and a strong summer of recruitment proved it was no flash in the pan.
