CHATHAM Town put in one of the performances of the season as they hit Hythe for six.
The game got off to a fast start and Chats went ahead early when Matt Bodkin got free on the left to cross for Emmanuel Oloyede to head in.
A Jack Evans free-kick found the head of Reece Butler who nodded back across goal for Dan Bradshaw to tap into a empty net and Evans then delivered a looping effort from 35 yards to make it 3-0.
Hythe made two changes at the break and top scorer Johan Caney-Bryan had an instant impact to pull one back.
