DESPITE a positive start, nHighworth were overpowered by Berkhamsted.
Highworth began the game brightly and after 13 minutes a corner resulted in Oliver Case hitting the bar. Six minutes later, Jack Carter’s pinpoint cross was swept into the net by Sol Pryce.
Berkhamsted rallied and, after 25 minutes, a curling shot from Luke Andrews rippled the Highworth net.
A Berkhamsted corner saw Highworth’s keeper make a rare error and spill the ball for Tommy Smith for a tap-in.
