Canvey Island 2-0 Bishop’s Stortford: Gulls hit back to silence the Blues

Canvey Island continued their impressive form at home with a fine victory against high-flying Bishop’s Stortford at the Moviestarr Stadium on a cold and windy day in south Essex.

CANVEY ISLAND continued their impressive form at home with a fine victory against high-flying Bishop’s Stortford at the Moviestarr Stadium on a cold and windy day in south Essex.
The Gulls were good value for their result, controlling large spells of the game before Bradley Sach and Evans Kouassi got the vital goals.
Stortford, meanwhile, were largely off colour and saw themselves defeated for the first time in 11 matches.
