■ THE TFORD TOWN extended their advantage at the top of the table to three points despite being held to a 1-1 draw at home by fourth-placed Harleston Town on Saturday.
George Diggens put the league leaders ahead but Sam Borrer’s equaliser rescued a point for the visitors.
Second-placed Hadleigh United lost ground to leaders Thetford as they suffered a 3-2 defeat away to Fakenham Town and Woodbridge Town climbed up to third after a 2-0 home victory over Ely City, Jerome Trotter and Mark Ray netting for the hosts.
