BRAVE BONT STAY IN TOUCH

PENYBONT came out on top in the battle for a top-four place in the JD Cymru Premier League as they won 2-0 at Caernarfon Town.
Nathan Wood gave Rhys Griffiths’ side the lead with a goal in the 22nd minute and Ryan Reynolds added a second in the 70th minute.
It means Penybont stay on level terms with third-placed Bala Town after they secured a routine 3-0 home win over Aberystwyth Town. Goals from the prolific Chris Venables and Nathan Peate in the first half and an own goal from David Evans completed the rout.
