Magpies return to summit

NOTTS COUNTY climbed back to the top of the National League – and sent Scunthorpe United crashing to the bottom.
The Magpies clinched an impressive 4-1 away win to leapfrog Wrexham, who were held to a 1-1 draw at York City.
Scunthorpe slipped to the bottom of the table but hopes are high for a brighter future at Glanford Park after a takeover deal with a local group headed by former director Simon Elliott and Ian Sharp was agreed.
