BILLERICAY Town completed a double over Essex rivals Canvey Island after taking a narrow victory away from Park Lane.
It was also a return to winning ways for Dan Brown’s side after they suffered three Isthmian Premier defeats on the spin, including a hevay defeat to Enfield Town last weekend.
Goals from Anderson Pinto and Kareem Isiaka were put the visitors in front before Conor Huble set-up a nervy finish with a late goal for the Gulls.
