Lukas Franzen-Jones netted four times with Callum Connor also grabbing a hat-trick as the home side ran riot.
Leon Greig and Tyler Capon were fifth placed Eastbourne Town’s goal scorers as they beat struggling Saltdean United 2-0 at home.
