ROOKS ARE ROCKED BY BAY’S BIG COMEBACK

LEWES’ chances of finishing in the play-offs received a dent after Herne Bay came back from 3-1 down to gain a draw in an entertaining game.
The Rooks almost got off to an explosive start, with Coleman De-Craft smashing the ball against the bar after just ten seconds, then Joe Taylor had a goal ruled out for offside.
However it was the visitors who took the lead in the 15th minute when Barrington was given enough space in the penalty area to fire the ball across Lewis Carey.
