URCHINS WIN TO ENSURE A SECOND PLACE FINISH

HORNCHURCH secured second place in the division and a home play-off semi-final against Cray Wanderers with a victory against Kingstonian.
Other results would have left the Urchins second anyway. But while Ade Yusuff’s 65th-minute winner contained fortunate elements, the Urchins were superior throughout.
Kingstonian ensured survival last weekend and played well at times. However, the visitors’ firepower from the bench threatened a bigger win.
