WANDS HOLD BOROUGH TO SECURE SPOT IN PLAY-OFFS

CRAY Wanderers only needed a point to ensure a place in the play-offs, and managed to secure it in a 2-2 draw with Haringey Borough.
The Wands started well and in the 12th minute, some neat play allowed Nyren Clunis to cross to the onrushing Tom Derry, whose left-footed effort was superbly saved by Haringey goalkeeper Max Ovenden. However, the ricochet fell back to Dan Bassett and he finished well.
