The only goal of the game was in the 18th minute after a goal mouth scramble before Harleston had an equaliser ruled out for offside in the second half.
After lifting the Eastern Counties Division One South title last season Ipswich have now added the Premier Division crown this time around as they finished seven points clear of their nearest rivals.
