HAVING hit some heady heights during his playing days, sharp shooter Paul Hayes can’t wait to begin his brand new journey in the dugout.
The former Scunthorpe United and Charlton Athletic frontman ended his career on the pitch in Non-League and is now beginning his managerial career in Step 6 with Dunmow Town.
The Heybridge-based side are on the up, having cantered to the Essex & Suffolk Border League Premier title last season, and Hayes says the club’s long term ambition enticed him in.
