PROUD Bury FC boss Andy Welsh says the fans deserve their homecoming party after they finally returned to Gigg Lane.
The Shakers played their first game back at the historical stadium four years after the club was booted out of the EFL.
League Two Bradford City ran out 6-0 winners but for Welsh it was all about a new chapter in their history.
