3G pitch delight for Eastbourne

EASTBOURNE United AFC have been given the green light to lay a 3G pitch at The Oval.
Eastbourne Borough Council approved the Southern Counties Premier outfit’s application to replace the main grass pitch.
A club statement said: “It brings about massive change at the club, as we secure our future and are able to offer a top-notch surface not only to our teams, but also to the community to hire.
