■ ASHINGTON claimed a point with a goal deep into time added on after a game of end-to-end football at Woodhorn Lane.
Brighouse went into the break 2-1 up with goals from Samuel Drake and Jayden Major either side of a Craig Spooner strike.
Just before the hour mark, Ashington drew level with an own goal from Curtis Peters. The visitors dominated with goals from Jamie Allsop and Myron Gibbons to give Brighouse a comfortable lead.
