Jamie Nicholson grabbed his first goal for Northwich as he tapped home after some slick build up play.
Kieran Knapper levelled with a deflected effort and Nathan Morley put Kidsgrove ahead when a cross hit Matty Fenton and deflected against the Grove forward and into the net.
