■ THE Grove ran out deserved winners after falling behind early at Townfield.
Jamie Nicholson grabbed his first goal for Northwich as he tapped home after some slick build up play.
Kieran Knapper levelled with a deflected effort and Nathan Morley put Kidsgrove ahead when a cross hit Matty Fenton and deflected against the Grove forward and into the net.
Josh Thorpe extended the lead to 3-1 with a towering header from a corner, and the central defender doubled his tally with another free header.
