EASTLEIGH boss Lee Bradbury believes consistency across the board will be the key to the spike in added time – and he makes the case for increasing subs.
A clampdown on time wasting and new international rules specifying that time lost  during the celebration  of goals should be fully  accounted for by referees led to the numbers  displayed by fourth officials shooting up on  the opening day of the  season.
