SOUTHALL clinched a fine victory with three first-half goals. The first came after nine minutes when the impressive Azeez Alabi scored following a corner.
Abdul Nurein then added a second eight minutes late Luke Henneghan added the third shortly before half-time to complete a very encouraging first half for the home team.
Southall’s supporters expected further goals in the second half, but Badshot Lea held out much better and even got one back through Tane Cuobo after 67 minutes.
