PROTESTS: Stewards clear up tennis balls on Friday

SOUTHEND UNITED fans have continued their protests against owner Ron Martin after the National League slapped the Shrimpers with a tenpoint deduction for failing to pay a tax bill. 
The beleaguered club were in court on Wednesday and handed another adjournment until October 4 over the £275,000 debt owed to HMRC.
