ALEX TENIOLA’s late equaliser dented the progress of promotion hopefuls Whitehawk, as mid-table Hashtag United capitalised on their finishing struggles.
In a cagey opening devoid of many clearcut goalscoring chances, the Tags had more of the ball and possession but found themselves behind after 26 minutes.
Ben Pope’s delicate, defence-splitting pass cut the visiting backline open to set Imran Kayani through, and he found the corner with a beautiful finesse finish leaving goalkeeper James Philp no chance.
