■ CITY of Liverpool fought back from two goals down to salvage a draw at home to Trafford.
The Purps got off the worst possible starts when centre-back Anthony Miley went off injured early on, and this was compounded when Tom Bentham hammered Trafford ahead.
And the visitors deservedly went two goals ahead courtesy of Will Hall’s smart finish from a low corner, only for Callum Schorah’s 35 yard lobbed effort to give the Purps hope deep into firsthalf injury time.
