■KIDSGROVE Athletic are now seven games without a win in the league as they lost at mid-table Widnes.
The hosts took the lead just four minutes before the break when Kieran Harrison parried a long range shot into the path of Louis Isherwood, who made no mistake from close range for his second goal of the season.
Widnes came flying out of the traps in the second half and doubled their lead through top scorer James Steele in the 51st minute who found the bottom left hand corner of the goal from a tight angle.
