■ MILTON KEYNES IRISH closed the gap to leaders Real Bedford after taking advantage of their rivals not being in action.
The Buckinghamshire club moved to within five points of the summit with a game in hand after completing a 4-1 victory over Crawley Green.
Ryan Smith opened the scoring for hosts after just 11 minutes, only for a mistake to allow Crawley Green to equalise before the break. But Irish pulled clear in the second half with goals from Mason Spence Clinton Zawe and Hakeem Ward.
