HUNTING SUCCESS

HEACHAM have appointed former Swaffham Town and Wisbech St Mary boss Paul Hunt as their new manager.
Hunt replaces David Griggs who stepped down from the Eastern Counties Premier Division side’s dugout after nearly nine years at the helm.
Hunt led the most successful period in the Magpies’ 117-year history, winning eight successive promotions from the grassroots North West Norfolk League.
A statement said: “Paul has a wealth of experience that he will bring to the club as we look to consolidate our position next year.”
