FLEET GET STADIUM GO-AHEAD

EXCITING plans to build Ebbsfleet United a new £40 million stadium as part of regenerated waterfront development have been approved by council chiefs.
The 8,000 seater stadium will take centre stage on the 50-acre Northfleet Harbourside site, which will also include up to 3,500 homes, a 300-bed hotel, and a retail village of shops, cafes, sports facilities, a nursery, medical services and community venues.
