COLE Skuse’s Bury Town lost just once in their final 25 games of last season – a run which took them from mid-table up into second, behind champions Lowestoft Town.
Unfortunately though for the Blues, a second defeat arrived in their home playoff semi-final against Brentwood Town and their hopes of promotion to Step 3 for the first time in ten years were gone.
