JAMIE YILA, Freddie Sears and Sam Sene-Richardson were on target as Chatham Town earned their second league win of the season.
It was the Chats who put themselves in the driving seat early doors, as Kofi Anokye-Boadi threatened but his tame effort was handled by Dulwich goalkeeper Dillon Barnes.
The visitors were forced into an early change as Sam German looked to be holding his hamstring, Dami Taiwo-Pratt replacing him.
