PURPS NEED SPOT-KICKS TO PROGRESS

CITY of Liverpool progressed on penalties, after a game of two halves at the DCBL Stadium.
The Purps raced into a two-goal lead after 10 minutes, courtesy of two strikes from Arthur Lomax-Jones. The first came when Danny Mitchley’s fine hold up play released Elliot Morris who cut back for Lomax-Jones to finish from close range.
