BELPER reached the first round proper of the Isuzu FA Trophy for the first time with this victory over Hinckley LR.
The away side had a great chance to go in front in the first minute when Ben Humphries skied a great chance created by Aaron Nuttall’s run and cross.
Liam Reed hit another presentable shooting opportunity wide soon after but Belper took the lead on 13 minutes with a crisply-struck volley by Harry Draper.
And he could have got the second period off to a good start but missed a great chance created by Nathaniel Crofts...
