BOSTON United snatched a draw from the jaws of defeat, with a late, late equaliser to book the Pilgrims’ place in the hat for Monday’s draw after a lively Lincolnshire derby. A draw was harsh on Northern Premier League hosts Gainsborough Trinity who sat 45 places lower in the pyramid before kick-off.
Trinity boss, Russ Wilcox admitted to feeling dejected: “Devastated, devastated for the lads, after what was an outstanding performance,” he said.
