HITCHIN TOWN produced a resolute performance to win from being behind.
Banbury went ahead on 34 minutes after a quickly taken free kick. Janai Gordon fed a pass to George Ball, who finished.
The game opened up in the second half, with Ball firing wide after being set up by Alex Prosser.
Prosser shot wide after more good build-up play, while at the other end Ciaren Jones fired off target for the Canaries.
