BBRANTHAM ATHLETIC are through to the third round of the FA Vase after a 2-1 home win against Benfleet, Ben Dixon and Callum Griffth both finding the target for the home side.
Walsham-le-Willows also progressed to the next stage of the competition with a comfortable 3-0 home victory over Potton United, Sam Nunn, George Bugg and Cameron Nicholls the hosts’ goal scorers.
In the day’s league fixtures, leaders Ely City moved two points clear at the top of the table despite being held to a goalless draw away to Heacham.
